1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Builder radar ("Service"), operated by Builder radar ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Builder radar is a B2B SaaS platform that samples how AI answer paths respond to reviewed questions you choose to track - whether a substantial answer recommends you, recommends a competitor while leaving you absent, contains a claim that conflicts with an approved fact, or includes observed citations.

The Free plan is a one-time Gemini snapshot with observed visibility, qualifying competitor wins, and a read-only preview of evidence-backed factual conflicts. Paid plans (Solo and Agency) add recurring sampling on plan-covered paths and disclosed cadences, the Recovery Queue (QA-gated correction and outreach draft starting points that you must review), answer-change tracking, and the weekly action email. All third-party source data we surface is publicly available.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@builderradar.pro of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ›Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• ›Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data in bulk beyond your plan limits
• ›Use our reports or AI-generated drafts to harass, spam, or deceptively target individuals or businesses
• ›Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without written permission
• ›Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans (Solo at $49/month and Agency at $129/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date; you can cancel any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the current period. The Free plan requires no payment method.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted to support@builderradar.pro within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its UI, scoring methodology, and codebase, is owned by Builder radar. The AI answer text and the third-party sources we display are generated by third-party AI engines and drawn from public web pages; we do not claim ownership of that content. Your project details, buyer prompts, and any drafts we generate for you remain yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI-answer results are complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. Each answer path discloses whether it uses an official grounded API, a browser-captured consumer/search UI, or a raw model supplied with live retrieval context. API and browser outputs can differ materially, and a stored sample may not match a separate consumer chat. Results are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of any ranking, recommendation, or revenue outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDERRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
