Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Builder radar ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this in our database to identify your account.
Project Data
The project details you submit - your URL, brand, competitors, and buyer prompts - are stored to power AI-answer tracking and the reports we generate. This data is private to your account.
To sample AI responses, your reviewed tracked questions (and your brand/competitor names) are sent to the third-party AI paths listed in Section 4. We retain eligible answers those paths return. We do not include your account email or personal name in those sampling prompts.
Usage Data
We log API usage, error rates, and feature interactions to improve the service. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity in logs.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your full card number. We receive a customer ID, subscription status, and plan information.
3. How We Use Your Data

- ›To detect abuse and enforce rate limits
- ›To generate anonymized product analytics
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project details or buyer prompts to train AI models.

5. Data Retention
We use separate retention classes so a plan-history promise is not incorrectly applied to every kind of record:
- Raw evidence: captured answers, citations and observation history are retained for 7 days (Free), 30 days (Solo), 60 days (Agency), or 180/365/540 days (Lifetime T1/T2/T3). If grants overlap, the longer window applies.
- Derived state: historical movements and closed alerts/actions follow the same plan window. Current open state remains while it is actionable.
- Pinned receipts: a receipt and its referenced before/after evidence remain while that receipt/action exists, or until you delete the project/account.
- Billing: minimal subscription and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years after closure for accounting, tax, dispute and legal obligations.
- Security: expired/revoked access and security audit records are retained for up to one year; delivery diagnostics are retained for 90 days.
You may request an export or deletion. Deletion removes project content and credentials; legally required minimal billing records are isolated from product use.
6. Cookies
We use only functional cookies - specifically Supabase session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- ›Request correction of inaccurate data
- ›Request deletion of your account and data
- ›Export your project and signal data in JSON format
- ›Object to processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@builderradar.pro. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage via Supabase, Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data, and API key rotation.
9. Children
Builder radar is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us immediately.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
